While we have done this area before, this is a new trail and a long one. It will be a full 18km hike at a reasonable pace so come prepared for a good days hike. The trail is really pretty and peaceful so it makes for a great full day hike outdoors. There are some hills but its the perfect way to get you ready for winter hiking as we hike all year, rains, shine, sleet or snow like the postman!
This is not a beginner hike. Its not that difficult but you do need stamina to go the distance. Come with good shoes, plenty of water and snacks!
