Wandering Wednesday - Secret Ravine 5+ mile Hangman's Noose Hike

OK, Here it is. My Roseville appointments keep changing the on me so now we are set to meet at 9:30 am. Please update your RSVP if you cant make it. I apologize for any inconvenience!!!

Wandering Wednesday's is doing a new to me hike along Secret Ravine. We'll start at 11:00 am and walk about a 5.4 mile Hangman's noose, which is an out and back with a loop at the end.

Note the start time is at 9:30 am this day.
Note: I have never walked this trail that I remember so come with an adventurous attitude and be ready for anything including backtracking, crossing a highway, walking through a neighborhood or in some urban areas if needed. I don't anticipate these detours but just come ready for any and all.

Please RSVP if you are interested. PLEASE DO NOT BE A NO SHOW! We will meet at Miner's Ravine Trailhead behind Cinema West Olympic Pointe in the back corner at 9:30 am.

Things to bring; comfortable shoes, plenty of water, appropriate clothes for the weather. This hike should be no more than three hours depending on how fast we all walk. We leave no one behind but expect to walk 20-25 minute miles. A fast walker can do it in 90-100 minutes or less.
We follow the "Leave no trace only footprints" policy.
Wandering Wednesdays may alter hikes each week but will default to the Lake Natoma Bluffs unless otherwise posted. If you are a regular be sure to confirm the hike location weekly. We welcome and encourage beginners but be prepared to walk 20-25 minute miles.
