In case you haven't heard the Online Community Meditation is tomorrow. We're thinking of keeping this ongoing.

All classes are donation-based.

Feel free to invite friends, family, coworkers, and associates, this is an online community and has no boundaries.
This is for all levels and every class is different because I tailor-make the classes according to what that day's attendees need.

- I teach how to meditate and troubleshoot before and after the stillness meditation practice.
- I also offer a free 15-minute meditation troubleshooting coaching session to attendees.
