Ladies, it’s time to get off the couch, put the cupcakes down, grab your water bottle, and let’s get tight and right! With only 11 weeks until the real summer sunshine kicks in, I want to see you there, ready to get active! If you’ve been wanting to get more active and more social, now is your time and you're definitely seeing this for a reason!

What Is Lap It Up?

Lap It Up is a bi-weekly fitness meet-up where we walk, jog or run two laps on the track at Feel Good Better Gym in Walthamstow. It’s low-pressure, social, and all about moving your body, feeling good, and showing up for yourself. You’ll have an accountability partner, meet like-minded women, and leave feeling proud and energised. And remember around here at TSC, we don’t give up. We keep going, together.

What To Expect:

• Every other Sunday at 1:00 PM, starting from 4th May 2025.
• 4 full laps on the athletic track. You can walk, jog, or run at your own pace.
• You'll have accountability partners to support you, and we'll keep it fun and social.
• After the Event: You can either head home or enjoy a post-workout bonding session with other ladies inside at the gym café area.

Parking:

• £1.20/hr (standard)
• £0.80/hr for Better Gym members
• Free with a valid disabled badge

Who Is This For?
This is for women aged 30-45 at similar life stages to build meaningful connections. If you’re 29 and turning 30 this year, you’re welcome to join us too!

Important Information:
To use the athletics track at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre, you must book your track slot separately via the Better Gym website.

Track bookings open every Monday for the upcoming Sunday. Slots for Sunday 4th May will be available to book from Monday 28th April. We recommend booking early on Monday to secure your spot!

Meeting Point:

Richmond Park Golf Course Entrance – Roehampton Gate. We’ll meet just outside the clubhouse before heading to our golf lesson.

Arrival Guidelines:

12:00 PM (P.S. Arrive by 11:45 AM to settle in, meet the ladies, and be on time for your golf lesson!)

Set A Reminder:

Add us to your calendar and set a reminder a week in advance and the day before to stay on track. We'll also send a notification 48 hours before the event!

❓FAQ:

Q: Do I need prior golf experience?
A: Not at all! This session is beginner-friendly, so just come along, have fun, and enjoy the experience.

Q: What happens if the weather changes?
A: If it rains, no stress! We’ll move into the clubhouse to relax, socialise, and enjoy the day indoors.

Beauties! Say adios to the urban hustle, suited traders, and stressy commutes, and say hello to a day of sun-soaked serenity. We’re heading to one of the UK’s finest sandy beaches (no pebbles), where vitamin D is served fresh, tans are rotisserie-level golden, and good vibes are guaranteed.

Travel Details:

• Designated Meet Point: 9:50 AM at Black Sheep Coffee, Liverpool Street Station (near the main concourse).
• Train Departure: We’ll be catching the 10:18 AM train from London Liverpool Street direct to Frinton-on-Sea.

What To Bring:
