It's time for your "YOU-cation" at The Shift Retreat

Are you currently feeling stuck, lost, hopeless, or stressed? Do you have a desire to reconnect with yourself and rediscover hope and purpose in your life? If so, then The Shift Retreat is for you.

You are invited to relax, recharge, and reconnect on this 4-day, 3-night all-inclusive retreat in beautiful South Florida under palm trees and sunny blue skies. It encompasses exactly what you need to bring you back into alignment with yourself and create a shift in your life.

The retreat is a unique blend between mental wellness, personal growth, relaxation, and fun.

Itinerary

The days will start off with sunrise meditations and yoga that focus on gratitude, self-love, and acceptance. Each day you will be immersed in and connected to nature, engage in gentle movements, and work on yourself with daily, specialized self-exploration and personal growth workshops.

You will eat delicious food provided by an in-house private chef, enjoy outdoor excursions, and take part in interactive, fun activities. You will get individual attention and receive a personalized and rejuvenating facial treatment by a talented local esthetician. You will be immersed in a sound bath session to promote healing and inner peace. The retreat is balanced with ample free-time to do whatever you may like.

In addition to attending to your personal growth, you will be amongst a small group of like-minded women who you will make authentic and genuine connections with in a private, serene location.

Leaving The Retreat

You will leave the retreat feeling deeply connected to yourself with a newfound awareness of what has been holding you back and an action plan to get to where you want to be. The retreat will equip you with the skills and knowledge to immediately implement into your life. You will walk away feeling enlightened, worthy, and full of self-love and renewed energy... with a genuine and authentic support system.

FAQ

I've never been on a retreat, is it for me? Absolutely! This retreat is for anybody looking to reconnect with themselves while relaxing and recharging. All activities are optional and you will never be pressured to do anything that you don’t want to do. Everything is beginner level and suitable for all shapes, sizes, and ages.

How is this retreat different from others? For many reasons! This is the only retreat where you get personal attention before, during, AND after. You will receive an initial 1:1 Zoom meeting before the retreat starts and a 1:1 Zoom check-up meeting after with Larisa. This retreat has a specific focus on mental health and personal growth. You will become aware of what has been holding you back while you create specific action plans to get to where you want to be. Everything about this retreat is all-inclusive with a balance between personal growth and having fun. We guarantee that you won’t experience another retreat quite like The Shift.

What can I expect from the workshops and activities? The speciality workshops and activities are designed to increase self-awareness while inspiring and motivating you to make positive improvements in your life. During the first workshop, you will explore underlying feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and not feeling good enough - emotions that we all experience as humans. You will learn techniques and strategies to reframe your beliefs and practice feeling enough in multiple aspects of your life.

The second workshop is when you will become aware of what is holding you back by exploring your fears, limited beliefs, narratives, and excuses. The third workshop focuses on setting goals and intentions to put into action. You will create your very own vision board, intention bracelet, and purpose jar to take home with you.
