KMU, Startup Coaching Clinic, for two

Details
Now that lockdown measures have relaxed, we can now meet again in person to discuss your projects! RSVP for this meetup, and let's talk about what you think you could offer as a guest speaker, what you could do to kick start your project put on hold due to the pandemic, or any legal or business issue your startup is facing right now. At the conclusion of our meeting, you'll get a report on what your US competition doesn't want you, their European competition, to know about US law. Without this reference, you'll simply be significantly handicapped vis-a-vis your US competition. Those who attend in person at our office in Arbon, will receive a complimentary bound reference book full of valuable advice regarding IP strategy. And a cold beer awaits as well.
So, come out of your COVID shell and join me, an experienced startup coach, for a frank and confidential discussion. A lecturer for the ZHAW School of Management and Law, I am an experienced entrepreneur with University degrees in engineering, law and business. Like you, I'm a company founder, having raised millions in Texas, my home state, to fund manufacturing of a unique tool when I was 19 years old. I am also an international patent and trademark attorney (licensed in the US and Europe), a WIPO Patent Expert, a former NASA senior design engineer, the winner of the Invention of the Year Award in Texas, and I've been featured on the Discovery Channel's Invention Series sponsored by the Smithsonian Institute. View my online introduction at https://youtu.be/otlbCVD-PL0 . Also, see my online profile: http://davincipartners.com/en/home/about-us/our-people/john-brent-moetteli/.
I'm confident that together, we can evaluate what you could contribute to our group or talk about how to move your project forward. In any case, this will be a meetup focusing on you, your interests, or your company or startup. As a lawyer, the content of the discussion will be confidential and any results of brainstorming belong to you. Attendance is limited to one individual or members of one company in order to permit a company- startup-specific, confidential discussion of important issues that you may be facing. After all, not everyone wants to share strategic ideas with a group that might include competitors!
The coaching session is absolutely free of charge. However, to give everyone a fair chance to benefit, only a single, one hour coaching session per company or individual per year please! Don't worry though -- we have this meetup every two weeks! And if you prefer to join me in person, you're welcome to come to my office, the "Altes Rathaus" in Arbon (Rathausgasse 1), just 15 minutes from downtown St. Gallen.
At the time of the meetup, if we do it by Zoom (please let me know your preference), check your password sent by Meetup message and join by clicking on the link on the right side panel at the appointed time.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
Best regards,
John
