BEFORE YOUR EVENT:

• What do you do ahead of time to prevent or minimize unwanted behaviors?
• How do you set expectations, rules, guidelines to protect the integrity of the group?

DURING YOUR EVENT:

• What are the most common types of unwanted behaviors that you have seen?
• Lack of physical boundaries
• The Unaware
• The Victims
• The Complainers
• How do you firmly, clearly, & kindly address unwanted behaviors on the spot?
• Examples of effective Ways to Re-direct members who dominate conversations

AFTER YOUR EVENT:

• How do you decide when to temporarily remove, ban versus block a member without causing any animosity or vendetta?
