Join us for a night of fitness & fun! First you'll participate in a class that will be focused on key upper-body movements. The session builds overall strength through our compound lifts, but they are also designed to build lean muscle. The class is great for all fitness levels. Then you'll enjoy cocktails & light bites while mingling with lots of great singles.
Spaces are limited to 18 men & 18 women, so sign up asap to grab your spot! Ages 35 - 55.
