What we’re about
This is a group for women that need a place to slow down and process the things going on in their lives - for women that are ready to learn, grow, and transform the way they experience their lives.
Because for so many of us life comes at us so fast and we don't have a lot of time to process, to make good conscious decisions from a place of awareness, authenticity, and love - instead too often we come from a place of reaction, a place of doing what is expected of us, or what is in the best interest of others forgetting that we matter too, and then wonder why we wake up one day going "How did I get here?"
But if you are ready to change that, if you are ready to look directly at how your inner world affects your actions, your relationships, your health, your work, and your overall happiness and joy, and if you are ready to reclaim your personal power, to be vulnerable and gain valuable life-changing insights, and to learn how to navigate the twists and turns of life while staying true to who you want to be then WELCOME!!!
This group is exactly what you have been looking for!
In this group, I will host group sacred circles for women who want to:
*Show up with more love, and less ego, more confidence and less doubt, more vulnerability and less shame, more wholeness and less fear.
*learn how to connect with their own inner awareness that allows them to transform how they are experiencing their lives.
*learn how to set healthy boundaries and regain their personal authority.
*Learn how to have authentic honest communication that limits the feeling of being misunderstood and disappointed.
And so much more all while meeting new people, being supported by others who are on the same journey and having fun!
I can't wait to connect with you!
XOXO
Meg
This meetup is hosted by Meg Heppner
Meg is a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Women’s Circle Facilitator and the host of The Art If Being H(YOU)man podcast. She is passionate about walking with people who want more out of life than just the status quo!
She believes that life doesn’t have to work out exactly the way we think it “should” in order to be enjoyed and that people don’t have to be perfect in order to be loved.
She believes that we all have the voice of truth inside of us but sometimes it can be hard to hear.
And most importantly that we must live between the tension of accepting the things we cannot change and taking massive action on the things we can!
Meg creates spaces where women can slow down and process all the things that are influencing and controlling their lives - their everyday thoughts, emotions, and the stories they have been telling themselves.
Spaces where they can look at their inner world, gain valuable insight and then reclaim their personal authority, and make conscious decisions that transform the way they experience their lives!
Through one on one coaching and sacred feminine circles, Meg helps women show up in the world with more love, and less ego, more compassion, and less judgment, more vulnerability, and less shame, more emotional agility and less fear!
Meg lives in BC with her husband of 22 years, two teenage boys and their little dog Charlie.

•OnlineA Sisterhood Women's Circle - Setting the Tone (Not the Goal)
OnlineAre you ready to have a soulful experience with the sisterhood?
Our souls crave community, crave that nurturing energy that the feminine brings.
And our spirits long for soulful opportunities to slow down and process all the experiences, thoughts, emotions etc, that come with being a human being.
We need that space where we can remove the mask of perfection we seem to think is necessary to wear and simply explore the topics that are important to the growth and care of our spirit! We need that space to simply be, to be encouraged, supported, understood, heard and seen.
In this month’s Soul Sister Women’s Circle, we’re beginning the year in a different way — not by setting goals or resolutions, but by choosing the tone we want to live inside of.
This is not about productivity or self-improvement.
It’s about how you want to feel as you move through your days — especially when life feels tender, uncertain, or messy.
Together, we will:
🌿 Ground into the present moment and gently arrive in our bodies
🌀 Release the pressure to have the year figured out
📝 Explore what kind of energy you want to bring into this next chapter
💛 Choose one or two words that reflect the tone you’re ready to practice
🔥 Create simple, supportive ways to return to this tone on hard days
✨ Witness and be witnessed as we name our intentions aloud
Think cozy, low-pressure, heart-forward energy.
Think warm drinks, soft lighting, laughter, and women gathering to be real — not perfect.
If you’re tired of resolutions that don’t last…
If you’re craving a softer, more honest way to begin the year…
If you want to feel grounded, connected, and gently oriented — without forcing clarity…
You are so welcome here.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave with a felt sense of direction, a tone to return to, and the reminder that you don’t need to know the whole path — just how you want to walk it. 💛
(Please be aware that I will request that cameras be on - but feel free to come as you are!)
WHO IS THIS CIRCLE FOR:
This circle is for anyone who identifies as a woman and who wants to connect more with like-minded and like-hearted women.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A safe, authentic, supportive environment for women to meet without the masks of perfection we normally tend to wear. Everyone will have the opportunity to share about the topic picked for that month. If the group gets too big, we will be breaking up into smaller groups.
This circle is a safe and confidential space so I ask that whatever is shared here stays here.

Online**This Book Club Circle runs for 10 weeks. We will be meeting every week starting on January 13th, 2026 and ending on March 17th, 2026.
**If you are signing up for this Circle you are committing to attending as many sessions as you can:)
**Cost per session is $5.00
Are you ready to do more than just read a book?
Are you ready to read and then actually IMPLEMENT what you're reading?
Then this Circle is for you!
If you are anything like me - you love reading a good book.
Taking in new ideas and finding new perspectives that light you up is a favourite pastime!
But - again if you are anything like me - all too often you read an amazing book, but don't implement all of the wonderful things the book has to offer.
So let's fix that!!
Join The Embodiment Book Club Circle where you can gather with other women, read an inspiring book and implement the lessons the book has to offer together!
Each week will have:
* Carefully curated questions that will help you look at the book and how it applies to your personal life.
* Personalized 'homework' that you can work on during the week to embody the lessons that are coming up.
* Accountability - you will gently and kindly be held accountable to the changes that you are longing to make.
* A space to uncover what might be sabotaging you from making the changes you long for.
* Have a space for sharing your thoughts and opinions about what you are reading and learning.
All while in the beautiful community of a Sisterhood!
During this Circle, we will be reading the book: The Wisdom of Insecurity: A Message for an Age of Anxiety by Alan Watts
You can check it out here:

**What if the thing we spend our lives trying to escape — insecurity — is actually pointing us toward a deeper way of living?
In this women’s circle book study, we’ll be moving slowly and thoughtfully through The Wisdom of Insecurity by Alan Watts — a gentle yet profound exploration of anxiety, control, identity, and our relationship with the present moment.
This is not a self-help group and it’s not about “fixing” yourself.
It’s an invitation to soften your grip…
to question the constant need for certainty…
and to explore what becomes possible when we stop trying to secure ourselves against life.
Together, we’ll create a calm, grounded space where curiosity is welcome and nothing needs to be resolved.
✨ In this book study, we will:
- Explore why insecurity is a natural part of being human
- Reflect on our relationship with time, control, and anticipation
- Gently loosen identification with roles, stories, and expectations
- Practice presence through simple, embodied awareness
- Share honest, thoughtful conversation in a supportive women’s circle
Each gathering will include:
🌿 grounding and presence practices
📖 reflective discussion (no pressure to “perform” or speak perfectly)
📝 optional journaling and inquiry prompts
💛 spacious time to listen and be listened to
You do not need to have all the answers.
You do not need to be “spiritual” in any particular way.
You do not need to read perfectly or keep up.
This circle is for women who are tired of striving for certainty and ready to explore what it means to live with more trust, aliveness, and honesty.
If you’ve been feeling:
– anxious about the future
– disconnected from the present
– exhausted by self-improvement
– curious about a quieter, deeper wisdom
You are warmly welcome here.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave with a softer relationship to uncertainty — and a deeper connection to yourself.
