Are you ready to have a soulful experience with the sisterhood?

Our souls crave community, crave that nurturing energy that the feminine brings.
And our spirits long for soulful opportunities to slow down and process all the experiences, thoughts, emotions etc, that come with being a human being.

We need that space where we can remove the mask of perfection we seem to think is necessary to wear and simply explore the topics that are important to the growth and care of our spirit! We need that space to simply be, to be encouraged, supported, understood, heard and seen.

**A sacred evening for release, renewal, and returning to yourself.**
As the leaves fall and the world softens into the quiet of late autumn, November invites us into one of the most powerful rituals of the feminine: letting go of what no longer aligns with who we are becoming.

In this month’s Women’s Circle, we gather to explore the art of release — old stories, worn-out roles, the heaviness we’ve been carrying, and the expectations that have kept us small.

Together we’ll create a nourishing space to breathe, reflect, and gently set down what’s ready to be left behind… so we can step into winter feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply rooted in ourselves.

This circle includes:
🌙 A grounding practice to settle your nervous system
🍁 Guided reflection + journaling on what you’re ready to release
🔥 A shared letting-go ritual to symbolically lay down the old
🤎 Heart-centered connection with women walking their own paths of transformation

If your soul has been whispering, “It’s time…” — this is for you.
Come as you are. Bring your heart, your honesty, and the pieces of yourself that are ready to be set free.

The season is shifting. Maybe you are too.

(Please be aware that I will request that cameras be on - but feel free to come as you are!)

WHO IS THIS CIRCLE FOR:
This circle is for anyone who identifies as a woman and who wants to connect more with like-minded and like-hearted women.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A safe, authentic, supportive environment for women to meet without the masks of perfection we normally tend to wear. Everyone will have the opportunity to share about the topic picked for that month. If the group gets too big, we will be breaking up into smaller groups.

This circle is a safe and confidential space so I ask that whatever is shared here stays here.

This event is hosted by Meg Heppner
Meg is a Life Coach, Women’s Circle Facilitator and the host of The Art If Being H(YOU)man podcast. She is passionate about walking with people who want more out of life than just the status quo!
She believes that life doesn’t have to work out exactly the way we think it “should” in order to be enjoyed and that people don’t have to be perfect in order to be loved.
She believes that we all have the voice of truth inside of us but sometimes it can be hard to hear.
And most importantly that we must live between the tension of accepting the things we cannot change and taking massive action on the things we can!
Meg creates spaces where women can slow down and process all the things that are influencing and controlling their lives - their everyday thoughts, emotions, and the stories they have been telling themselves.
Spaces where they can look at their inner world, gain valuable insight and then reclaim their personal authority, and make conscious decisions that transform the way they experience their lives!
Through one on one coaching and sacred feminine circles, Meg helps women show up in the world with more love, and less ego, more compassion, and less judgment, more vulnerability, and less shame, more emotional agility and less fear!
Meg lives in BC with her husband of 25 years, two adult sons and their little dog Charlie.
