Hello,

A warm welcome to anyone who found their way here from the Waking Up community; I'm Eigengrau over there.

The session is yours to meditate however you wish, whether that's following the breath or noting thoughts or whatever else. There are no instructions or rituals to follow.

I'll wait for a couple of minutes before the session for people to arrive. Then we'll do two sits of about 10 minutes each.

I'll let us know when the timer starts and stops. We'll take a couple of minutes inbetween meditations for a stretch or sip of water.
