Hello (and hello to anyone from the Waking Up community)

The session is yours to meditate however you wish, whether that's following the breath or noting thoughts or whatever else. I tend to do the daily meditation on an app and following my breath, but there are no instructions or rituals to follow.

I'll wait for a few minutes before the session for people to arrive. Then we'll do two sits of about 10 minutes each.

I'll let us know when the timer starts and stops. We'll take a couple of minutes between meditations for a stretch or sip of water. There'll be time at the end to talk if we'd like.
