It's been a little while since I've hosted.

The session is yours to meditate however you wish, so you can follow the breath or note the coming going of thoughts or something else.

I'll wait for a few minutes before the session for people to arrive. Then we'll do two sits of about 10 minutes each.

I'll let us know when the timer starts and stops. We'll take a couple of minutes between meditations for a stretch or sip of water. There'll be time at the end to chat if we'd like.
