TheSNUG March - SaaS Data Protection

Details
As organisations move their workloads to SaaS-based offerings, an often overlooked aspect is how is the data protected. Frequently it is assumed that backup and recovery is included, and although availability and versioning do exist, the traditional capability to backup and recover components in a user-friendly fashion does not.
In the March installment of TheSNUG we are going to drill into this with Office 365 in particular and look at what is and isn't included by default along with some of the ways you can add user friendly recoverability of different aspects of the environment (Mail items, Calendar appointments, files in OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint sites).
The session will cover some of the questions you should ask when approaching a SaaS solution and what you should be looking for in a tool to provide these capabilities.
We will also include a demo of our favourite of these tools.
As a special addition, we will also have an early look at the architecture of the upcoming NetApp Data Availability Services offering, which allows you to use "the cloud" to extract additional value out of your backup data.
Thanks
