In consideration of the right to use this indoor soccer facility, I agree to assume the above risks, and release The Soccer Meetup Group hosts, and all other having any interest in the facility from all liability, negligence, causes of action, claims, demands, and damages of every kind which may arise out of my participation in activities at this facility. I have played soccer before and understand the rules of the game and the above risks. I will play under control within the rules of the game, and to the best of my ability, I will avoid causing injury to myself and other persons using this facility.
