Join us for a relaxed afternoon of contemporary art and architecture at the Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) in Costa Mesa. Whether you're an art enthusiast or just looking for a cool, air-conditioned space to wander, this is a great way to kick off your weekend.

📍 The Details

• Where: OCMA - 3333 Avenue of the Arts, Costa Mesa.
• Meeting Spot: Meet outside on the Upper Plaza (the grand outdoor staircase/roof terrace area). It’s a large open space where it’s easy to spot a group!
• Cost: FREE Admission (Sponsored by Lugano Diamonds).

🚗 Parking "Hacks"
OCMA does not have its own free parking lot, but there are two great ways to handle it:

• The Free Walk (Recommended): Park at South Coast Plaza (near the Macy’s/Claim Jumper side) for free. It is a beautiful 8–10 minute walk across the "Bridge of Gardens" pedestrian bridge to the museum.
• The Paid Option: Use the Tower Plaza Garage (602 Anton Blvd) right next to the museum. Expect to pay around $15.
• The "Met" Lot: Check the MET Parking structure (535 Anton Blvd); occasionally, they offer validated or lower-cost parking for museum guests.

📣 Important: This is a "No-Host" Event
This event is designed to be self-sustaining and low-pressure.

• The Plan: Most people gather at 2:00 PM on the terrace, chat for 15 minutes, and then head inside to view the galleries at their own pace.
• Pro Tip: Admission is free, but OCMA occasionally recommends a digital RSVP on their website during busy exhibition launches. Check ocma.art before you head out!

☕ After the Art
If you want to keep the conversation going, the group often wanders over to the museum cafe (Verdant) or walks back across the bridge to South Coast Plaza for coffee.
