Pizzas (4 varieties): Gourmet Five Meats, Pepperoni Extreme, BJ’s Classic Combo, and BBQ Chicken
Salad: Caesar Salad
Soft Drink: Your Choice

Any additional items—such as appetizers, entrées, desserts, or alcoholic beverages—must be ordered separately on your own tab or directly at the bar.
