We’re reclaiming the Zoo as a prime exercise spot by sticking to the "Mesa Levels"—the flatter, upper ridges of the park. We get the steps, the animals, and the social time, without the "Cardiac Hill" incline.
The Game Plan: Counter-Clockwise Ridge Loop
We follow a specific route designed to keep the terrain level and use gravity (and one key elevator) to our advantage.
Distance: Approx. 1.5 – 1.8 miles
Time: 60–75 minutes (at a steady social pace)
Difficulty: Easy/Moderate (low incline)
