Overview:

Join the maids and butlers of Mochi Cafe to celebrate Taro's birthday! Enjoy ube treats, emo karaoke, and more in your best alternative fit!

Mochi Cafe is getting an alternative makeover as they celebrate Taro's birthday!

Put on your best alternative outfit and join us for an evening of live performances, ube treats, emo karaoke and much more! Whether your style is goth, emo, visual kei, decora, or scene, we want to see them all!

And we hope you're a fan of metal music, because it's an all metal setlist!! After some rocking live performances from our mochis, jump into the mosh pit and enjoy some of Taro's favorite songs! Just don't forget to stretch first.

This event is cross-promoted with other Meetup groups, so it’s a great night to sing, mingle, and meet new people in a fun, welcoming vibe.
No pressure — just good music, great energy, and a Saturday night done right. 💙
See you at the mic 🎤!!
