This fall, we’re stepping away from the noise and returning to ourselves.

For our 2nd annual retreat, join us in Asheville, North Carolina at Asheville River Cabins — a serene, tucked-away sanctuary surrounded by mountain air, flowing water, and the kind of stillness that invites everyone to slow down.

Rooted & Restored is a wellness retreat curated for rest, reflection, connection, and intentional joy. Designed with queer women in mind, this experience is about grounding deeply, softening fully, and remembering who you are beneath the deadlines, the roles, and the expectations ✨

🌻 Weekend Activities:

• Serene nature hikes
• A soothing sunset sound bath
• Fire + Ice Renewal (Cold Plunge & Sauna)
• Twilight in the Treetops (ziplining amongst hundreds of lights @ night)
• A Junk-Journal & Craft Workshop
• Paddleboarding, Kayaking, and private river access
• Tubing, Biking, Ziplining, ATV Riding*

*optional activities available for booking either on site or nearby

️🗓️ Retreat Dates:
Friday, September 4th - Sunday, September 6th
There will be an additional activity planned for those staying through Monday, September 7th.

Transportation & Food:

• Carpool options available; grab your girls & make your plans
• Retreat location is also 8 minutes from the airport
• All Attendees should plan to bring their own breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the weekend
