Are you ready to release some of the stress, fear and anxiety that is part of our daily lives now?
This is an evening of experimental sounds + movements. The participants all experience the creativity at the exact moment it is created. Can you react to the sounds using your body without the mind coming into play? A fun, challenging and healing evening of movement.
