Monday carries the energy of new beginnings — a chance to release the weekend’s weight and step into the week with clarity. These meditations will help us focus on different intentions using a variety of techniques and methods.
Description:
Take a comfortable seat and close your eyes. Begin by focusing on your breath, inhaling deeply to welcome in fresh energy and exhaling to release any lingering tension. Visualize a soft white light surrounding you, cleansing away stress and creating space for peace. As you breathe, imagine roots extending from your body into the earth, grounding and stabilizing you for the week ahead.
Set a simple intention for your Monday: “I begin this week with calm, focus, and openness.” Allow yourself to rest in this feeling of renewal, knowing each breath carries you into balance and clarity.
