Embrace the sacred feminine within.
Join Melissa and Colter for a transformative afternoon designed to activate the energy of the Divine Feminine through embodied movement and intentional breath. We’ll begin with a 50-minute Vinyasa Flow to soften, open, and connect with the body’s intuitive wisdom. From there, we’ll drop into a 60-minute breathwork journey to clear energetic blocks, awaken inner knowing, and call in deep receptivity, creativity, and healing.
This is a space for release, remembrance, and radiant embodiment.
All are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel supported in stillness.

Breath of Life Activation is an active process utilizing the most widely available, yet most under-utilized resource on our planet - oxygen.
This highly focused and powerful experience greatly accelerates the user’s personal transformation by bypassing the conscious mind and going directly to the subconscious mind, where all true possibilities exist.
Many instruments will be used including drums, gong, shakers, bowls and more! Along with facilitator guidance and a symphony of emotional music, will take you on a powerful extrasensory and internal journey you’ll want to do again and again.
