Kish has been recruiting for 11 years with a mix of agency and in-house. He's passionate about sourcing and using tech to help automate the boring stuff. Currently leading the Sourcing team at Adobe EMEA.

🎙️ Eleonora Shepel – Senior Talent Partner at cargo.one
With 7+ years in global Talent, Eleonora currently runs the full recruitment function solo, supercharged by AI. It’s helped her scale hiring efficiently while keeping a human touch.

🎙️ Martyn Redstone – Founder of genAssess & Eunomia HR
Martyn is a London-based AI-for-HR specialist who has spent nearly two decades turning recruitment challenges into technology wins. Over the last eight years, through his agency PPLBOTS he has built chatbots, LLM tools and workflow automations for FTSE-500 employers and HR-tech vendors, he is currently the Chair of the Global Conversational AI Summit and founder of Bot Jobs, the leading jobs board for Conversational-AI talent.
