Trading & Investment Lab is based world wide, a community for people who want to understand markets beyond headlines, signals, and social media noise.

This group is built around practical trading, investment research, risk management, market psychology, and long term investing. The goal is not simply to tell you what to buy or sell. It is to help you develop a process for thinking about markets independently.

I’m Minwoo Lim, an institutional investor and Founder of PnL App. I’ve been investing since the age of 15 and have taught trading to more than 3,000 students across New York, Seattle, Toronto, London and the Middle East. I hold a Master’s degree in Neuroscience, Psychiatry, and Psychology in Mental Health from King’s College London, which has shaped much of my work around investor psychology, decision making, and behavioral discipline.

My work has also taken me to Davos during World Economic Forum week, where I was invited by the Government of Maharashtra in connection with an investment MOU. My work and perspectives have also been featured in international media including Business Insider and The Guardian.

Our meetups are designed to be practical and interactive. Depending on the session, we may break down market concepts, study real companies, build investment theses, analyze charts, write simple research scripts, discuss current markets, or examine the psychology behind financial decisions.

We will also use PnL App in selected sessions to put these ideas into practice through trade planning, emotion tracking, and performance review.

You do not need to be a professional investor to join. You just need to be curious about markets and willing to think seriously about how you make financial decisions.
