Join us for interactive workshops that explore self-love as both a personal practice and a collective legacy passed down through generations of women. Participants will learn how inner awareness, self-respect, and emotional literacy directly shape healthier relationships and deeper intimacy with self and others.
Through reflection, connection, and intentional conversation, attendees will celebrate self-love as a radical act and leadership as a shared responsibility. This event serves as the official launch of our 3rd Annual Ladies Self-Love Social taking place in September, setting the tone for a season of sisterhood, visibility, and empowerment.
