Join us for A multi-course tequila dinner experience is a curated culinary journey where each course is paired with a specific tequila or tequila-based cocktail to complement and elevate the flavors of the food. It blends the art of fine dining with the rich, complex world of tequila—from blancos to añejos—often highlighting Mexican ingredients, traditions, and regional pairings.

Welcome Reception / Aperitivo
Savor our signature tequila pour.
Purpose: To cleanse the palate, wet the appetite, and introduce guests to the evening’s flavor themes.

First Course: Appetizer Trio
• Vegetarian taco cup with Pico de gallo
• Esquite shooter - corn kernels in creamy sauce, lime juice, chili powder and cojita cheese.
•Fried plantain chips & guacamole
Tequila Pairing: Tequila Blanco — clean, herbal, and citrusy, mirroring the acidity and brightness of the dish.

Second Course: Bold & Hearty
Sliced char-grilled chicken breast & flank steak topped with mango salsa. Seasoned rice accompanied by fajita style mixed vegetables.
Tequila Pairing: Tequila Añejo — smooth and complex, with flavors like caramel, spice, and dried fruit.
Notes: The añejo mirrors the depth of the spices and richness of the meat, creating a luxurious harmony.
Third course: Sweet finishing touch
A culinary remix of familiar flavors. Vanilla cinnamon crunch cake topped with a key lime custard and fresh lime slice.
Tequila Pairing: Reposado tequila (aged 2–11 months) has soft notes of vanilla, caramel, and light oak.
Its subtle agave brightness and touch of spice balance the citrus without clashing yet perfectly pairing with the sweetness of the dessert.

POST-DINNER: CIGAR LOUNGE EXPERIENCE**
After dinner, guests transition to a softly lit cigar lounge area to finish the night off with hand-picked cigars to go with the overall dinner experience.
