Join us for another special gathering. During this women's circle you will be introduced to Ayurveda via a fun and soul "full" pizza party. When your belly is full, you will engage in some journaling right before you relax and enjoy an Immersive Primordial Sound Healing experience*.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life.

What is Immersive Primordial Sound Healing?
A collaboration of healers bringing you a sound healing experience consisting of waves flowing from crystal bowls that sing from north to south, Tibetan bowls that gong from east to west, chimes and other unique instruments that calm you from every direction, and the sound of nature that greats you from wherever you are.
