Join the Vegetarian Society for a delightful evening at the Vegetarian Potluck Fall Harvest Dinner. Indulge in a delicious and nutritious plant-based feast while mingling with like-minded individuals who share a passion for healthy eating. Rochelle Rushlow will showcase a variety of seasonal ingredients that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you feeling nourished and satisfied. Whether you're a long-time vegan or just curious about plant-based cuisine, this event is perfect for everyone. Come experience the joy of vegan/vegetarian cooking in a warm and welcoming environment. Let's celebrate the flavors of fall together!

Rochelle will demonstrate how to make an oil-free vegan mayonnaise, a maple-cashew dressing, and an autumn-themed salad which includes roasted root vegetables. Rochelle is originally from rural Michigan, and has been a vegetarian, then a vegan, for about ten years. She worked in a vegan restaurant for six months in Virginia. Please bring a dish to share, and have it labeled vegan or vegetarian with a serving spoon and list of ingredients attached.

Cost is $4 for VSET members and non-members alike. Our potluck suppers are open to all ---vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores who want to learn about our healthy diet. Please bring a friend! Membership dues help us pay our bills, about $150 per indoor class, which include renting the dining hall from the church.
