HIGH FIDELITY: We're heading back to Cordelia Fishbar for Restaurant Week, and this is a restaurant that gets the concept right. We visited Cordelia during the Winter Restaurant Week and came away impressed by the depth of the menu, the number of choices, the portions, and, most importantly, the execution. Rather than treating Restaurant Week as a limited promotional menu, Cordelia gives diners a substantial seafood-focused experience that feels worthy of a return visit.

FOOD: Cordelia Fishbar focuses on fresh seafood, raw bar selections, crudo, and charcoal-grilled specialties, with influences ranging from Spain and Portugal to Asia and the Americas. For Summer Restaurant Week, the $65 three-course menu offers an unusually deep selection. Starters include Hamachi Crudo, Rhode Island Calamari, Smoked Trout Roe Bump, Pinhais Sardines, Chicken Chermoula, and Honeycrisp Apple & Celery Salad. Entrée choices include Chesapeake Bay Rockfish, Whole Black Sea Bass, Georges Bank Scallops, Warm Maine Lobster Roll, and Iberico Pork Pluma.

Dessert is also a genuine choice rather than an afterthought, with Warm Caramel Apple Galette, S'mores Chocolate Bread Pudding, and a full Banana Split.

This is why we're calling this one "High Fidelity": Cordelia gives Restaurant Week guests a deep, plentiful menu with substantial choices rather than a stripped-down promotional meal. The regular menu also offers a wide range of raw bar and seafood options if you want to add something beyond the Restaurant Week experience.

→ Explore Cordelia Fishbar's Summer Restaurant Week menu: https://www.ramw.org/sites/default/files/restaurant-week/menus/CFB_RW_Dinner_2026.pdf

All attendees must opt into the Restaurant Week menu and pricing. Any upcharged items, supplemental food, or additional beverages are extra and subject to applicable tax and gratuity.

SPACE: Cordelia's Union Market space feels warm, vibrant, and contemporary, combining coastal influences with rustic materials, wood, large windows, and a prominent oyster bar. Despite the size of the restaurant, the room feels more intimate than you might expect. Expect a lively Saturday evening atmosphere, an active bar, and enough energy to make this feel like a destination dinner without becoming overly formal.

Attendance Notes:

→ If you RSVP “YES,” please commit to showing up. With 5,400+ members and limited seating, we can’t afford no-shows. It’s not fair to other members or to our relationship with the restaurant.
→ No-Show / Late Cancel rules apply (see links below).
→ Can’t get a slot? Join the Waitlist and check back frequently—spots often open up before Noon on the day of the event. You may also receive midweek confirmation emails to reconfirm your RSVP, so please check your inbox.
Billing Reminder: Add 30% for tax and tip to your food and drink total. This is part of our group’s expectations and helps smooth out service with the restaurant.
→ New Members / 1st Timers: Visit our FAQs and No-Show Policy if you're unfamiliar with how we run things.

Looking forward to dining with you!
