What we’re about
Welcome to The Wellness Hub - your ultimate destination for holistic healing and community connection in Scottsdale!
Our group is dedicated to creating a nurturing space where individuals can come together to explore the transformative power of holistic wellness through life coaching, yoga, sound baths, workshops and various wellness practices. We believe in the importance of bringing wellness to the community, and our events are designed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of yoga, where we will guide you through gentle flows, invigorating sequences, and restorative postures. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our classes cater to all levels, allowing you to deepen your practice and find inner peace.
But that's not all - we also offer the unique experience of sound bath healing. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance. We create a harmonious environment, where you can release tension, restore harmony, and tap into your inner healing potential.
At The Wellness Hub, we believe that true well-being extends beyond the individual and into the community. That's why we're committed to organizing events that not only benefit your personal journey but also foster a sense of unity and connection among like-minded individuals. Join us for workshops, retreats, and community gatherings, where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and build lasting connections.
Whether you're seeking physical rejuvenation, emotional healing, or simply a space to unwind and recharge, our group is here to support you on your wellness journey. Come and discover the transformative power of yoga and sound bath healing, as we bring wellness to the heart of Scottsdale. Together, let's create a vibrant and thriving community dedicated to holistic well-being.

Cacao, Dance & Song
CAM Gallery, 700 N 4th St, Suite 102, Phoenix, AZ, USConnect in Ceremony with Mama Cacao
🕒 Wednesdays | 7:00-9:00 PM
📍 CAM Gallery – 700 N 4th St, Suite 102Music has always been a way to connect. Across generations, cultures, and everyday moments, we come together each week to use our voices and our bodies as a way of remembering who we are, where we come from, and what kind of world we want to create. We are one beating heart together, intentionally taking part in a practice of deep collective reflection and prayer. Rooted in ancestral ceremony and sacred expression, we move, breathe, and sing together led by a common goal: to bring unity and harmony for ourselves and for humanity.
Using the medicinal and heart opening properties of cacao, we take this special time each week to connect with our breath, our hearts, and with each other.
