Join us for an intimate, heart-centered afternoon of cacao, roses, breathwork, somatic practice, traditional beadwork, and live music — a space to slow down, reconnect, create, and gently return to yourself.
Together, we’ll explore practices that invite us into deeper relationship with the heart, body, creativity, and the roots we carry.

Rather than asking you to fix, perform, or become anything, this gathering offers an opportunity to simply be present with what is already here. Through breath, cacao, roses, music, reflection, and making with our hands, we’ll create space to soften, express, receive, and reconnect.
