Reconnecting to Soul: My Journey Back to Myself After an Eating Disorder

Stephanie is an intuitive, energy healer, and artist who has spent the last eight years on a journey back to herself and her intuitive gifts after struggling with anorexia. Eight years ago, at the lowest point of her eating disorder, she had an awakening moment that pulled her out of her eating disorder and changed the trajectory of her life. A year or more later while writing a poem, she realized that that moment of awakening was a reconnection of soul to body, a point where a choice was made to reintegrate the two and choose joy, life, and reconnection.

During the circle, Stephanie will share more about this experience of separation of mind and body and how out of their reconnection rose spiritual gifts, a gentle path towards her soul mission and how this soul path has helped heal her mind, body and spirit. She will also offer a short heart-reconnection sound healing and Earth prayer.
