Take a mindful pause in the middle of your day with this rejuvenating breathwork experience designed to calm your mind, refresh your energy, and bring you back to center.

In this 30min. live online session, we’ll explore ancient pranayama techniques designed to balance the nervous system, expand your awareness, and deepen your inner stillness — all within your lunch break.

Each week we’ll rotate through powerful practices including:
✨ Sama Vritti (Box Breathing)
✨ Dirga (Three-Part Breath)
✨ A short closing mindfulness meditation

Perfect for all levels — whether you’re brand new to breathwork or reconnecting with your practice.
