The Social Labs is a bi-weekly workshop series designed to help individuals navigate and overcome social anxiety while building meaningful connections. Week One: Foundations of Confidence & Self-Esteem

Kick off The Social Labs series with Foundations of Confidence & Self-Esteem, an introductory workshop focused on building self-esteem and cultivating self-compassion in social contexts.
