Spooky season calls for a spooky classic. 🎃
Join The Zero Proof Social for a relaxed Sunday afternoon in the park playing Werewolf, the classic social deduction game of secret identities, suspicious villagers, questionable accusations, and trying to figure out who you can actually trust.

Never played before? No problem! You don’t need any experience to join.
Everyone will secretly receive a role. Most players will be villagers trying to identify the werewolves hiding among them, while the werewolves try to avoid suspicion and survive the village vote. We’ll go over the rules and roles together before we start.
Expect bluffing, debating, laughing, forming alliances, betraying those alliances approximately five minutes later, and confidently accusing completely innocent people of being werewolves.

The Vibe 🍂
Think casual fall afternoon in the park rather than a highly structured event.
We’ll play a few rounds of Werewolf, hang out between games, and let the afternoon unfold from there. Come solo or bring a friend; having a game to jump into makes this an easy way to spend time with people without having to rely entirely on small talk.

Social Comfort: 🟢🟢🟢⚪⚪ — Moderate
The game involves plenty of group interaction, but you’ll have something specific to talk about and focus on. You’ll also need to be comfortable occasionally taking on the storyteller role. We’ll explain what to do and support you as you go.
Energy Level: 🟢🟢⚪⚪⚪ — Relaxed
We’ll mostly be sitting, talking, laughing, and attempting to survive the night.

What to Bring?
Bring a picnic blanket, lawn chair, or something else comfortable to sit on.
You may also want to bring:

• Water or your favorite non-alcoholic drink
• Snacks
• Sunscreen or anything else you need to be comfortable outside
• Your best poker face

Who can attend?
• No children under 14
• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Agenda
Arrival window: 1:00–1:20 PM
Come get settled, meet a few people, and ease into the afternoon before we begin.
Game instructions begin promptly at 1:25 PM. If you’ve never played Werewolf before, please arrive by 1:20 so you’re settled and ready for the rules. We’ll explain how to play once before the first game so we can maximize our time actually playing.
Gameplay will run until approximately 3:10 PM, followed by about 20 minutes to mingle, exchange contact information, and wrap up. The event officially ends at 3:30 PM.

Running late?
If you arrive after the rules have been explained, you should already know how to play Werewolf. We won’t repeat the full instructions once gameplay has begun.
Late arrivals also cannot join a game already in progress. You’re welcome to hang out and watch, but you’ll need to wait until the current game is completely over before joining the next round.
