Point Defiance Walk

Walk or drive at Point Defiance. Walkers meet up at the top of the turn off for Owen Beach at 10:45am. Walking on an unpaved trail for a leisurely 2 miles we will meet up with others who opted to drive to Fort Nisqually Living History Museum off Pearl St in Tacoma. There are covered picnic tables where we can enjoy our lunch. For $13.50 you can explore the living history museum if you wish. Walkers will return to their starting point along the same path that we walked in. Let's hope for a nice day but rain does not cancel.
