Welcome to Date My Mate, a two-hour event where confidence is optional and friendship is mandatory. Instead of awkward small talk, we’re handing you the clicker.
Participants will have up to four minutes to present a PowerPoint pitching their friend to a room full of potential suiters. Think: green flags, red flags, fun facts, embarrassing photos (used lovingly), and why this person is an absolute catch.
How it works:
- Purchase a ticket to attend the event
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a google form to nominate yourself or a friend (this will be limited to 14 people)
- We will let you know if you have been picked to present or not (sorry, we are limited on time, we can't give everybody the time!)
- If choosen to present, you’ll get four glorious minutes to sell the dream
- There will be a prize for the best presentation
No pressure. No swiping. Just slides, laughs, and maybe… love.
