*In Person* Happy Hour - Rational vs Irrational Religions

Details
For anyone who's been with this group for awhile we're going to do one of our 'good ol days' in person happy hour meetups! Come join us for food & drinks and stimulating conversation about controversial topics. Very casual, open discussion group; all views and backgrounds welcome.
What makes a religion or worldview rational? Should rationality be our beacon of truth and our tool to discern between worldviews that we should follow or avoid? What religion is the most rational? Which is the most irrational? Are some Christian denominations more rational than others? Is Atheism or Agnosticism rational?
The problem with rationalizing a religion is that anyone can excuse their way out of rational thinking by saying "God transcends rationality". Maybe by that standard I can make up any crazy God I want and who are you to refute it with your puny sense of "reason"?
Are religious views based on any particular data or info? If two people are observing and acknowledge the exact same data but come to different conclusions, is one being more rational than the other?
What are your thoughts? Come pull up a chair and join us for some drinks and fun discussion! We'll lead with this topic but can venture off into any direction. Hope to see you there!
