Best Movies of All Time (vote, discuss, debate)

To put a cap on the year I thought we could dedicate some time to talking movies. Often in our discussions many folks reference and recommend good movies, and this would be a good chance to discuss which one we think are the best, overrated, underrated, etc. What is your favorite film that touches on a particular philosophical theme?

If people are up for putting it to a vote we could create polls for each of the main Oscar categories. Without listing the same film twice see if you could pick your top movies for any of these categories, I've got mine ready :)
