This week's topic of conversation: "Digital Surveillance"

Digital privacy is a myth - your browser history can be sold by your ISP, big tech companies are selling data about your behavior to advertisers, and GPS tracking enables identification of any smart phone owner in the world, even if the data itself is anonymized.

What potential exists for such power to be abused? Do you believe your data belongs to you, or to the products & services from which it is generated?

Parking is $5 in the Left Hand lot, south of the building (make sure you tell the parking attendants you're going to Left Hand, otherwise they'll try to charge you Mission Ballroom parking. Other options are to park in the RTD lot nearby (free for 24 hours) or take the light rail to the 38th & Blake RTD station.
