After our successful launch of Thinkers in Fort Collins in January, we're looking to grow our community of curious minds here in NoCo. Join us for a casual evening of meeting new folks and diving into big ideas.
- 6:00 - 6:30: informal Meet & Greet
- 6:30 - 8:00: official Topic discussion
- 8:00 - 9:00: “After thought” -optional to hang out at the brewery
While Love Languages are often discussed in a pop-psychology context, this framework offers a fascinating lens for analyzing human behavior, communication theory, and the social constructs of affection. In this session, we’ll move beyond the quiz results to discuss the psychological roots of these preferences, the role of cultural upbringing in shaping our needs, and the challenges of translation in relationships –whether romantic, friendship-based, or professional.
Stodgy Brewing is generously providing us with our own private space for free! To show our appreciation and ensure we can keep using this great location, we kindly ask everyone to support our hosts by ordering at least two items (they have a fantastic selection of NA beverages too!). They’ll have food trucks and also welcome outside food if you’d like to bring your own.
