Health and Vitality are both incredibly important topics, not only for the length of lives we live, but also for the quality of our lives. Health is often reduced to clinical metrics, while Vitality is more subjective. What is the difference between a life that is simply 'running' and one that is truly humming? How has your idea of remaining healthy changed over the years?
