This weeks topic is: Tools

Far beyond the ones you can hold in your hands, tools of the mind can shape much larger changes. Tools for coping with stress, adversity or difficult situations. Tools of emotional intelligence, negotiation and cooperation have brought much to the world. Think of the tools you didn't have in your youth, how did you come by them? Are they taught in schools at all? Or are they mainly learned from others who pass them along as well? Have you created any of your own mental/emotional or physical tools? Tricks or tactics to keep your workout routine consistent?

We will be meeting in the NW Portland Hostel common room. Look for the cool group of locals that seem pretty awesome, it might be us. We start the conversation at 7pm sharp, arrive a bit early grab a drink and some food and get settled in.
