About TWD Online events:

1. Zoom event starts at 6:30pm pacific
2. From 6:30-7p, members join the main Zoom room to mingle, watch the video again, grab a beverage and settle in
3. At 7pm, the hosts create Zoom breakout rooms where groups of 6-10 members join to have a more in-depth conversation about the topic
4. Between 8:30p and 9p, the hosts decide to end their facilitation and leave their breakout room to return to the main room. At 9 PM, all of the breakout rooms are closed and members will be returned to the main room for the ‘post discussion party'.
