I will guide you through some stretching poses. Help you find your best pose for the stretches & guide you into a gentler or more robust way of breathing to inspire peace in your posture.
Ending with a short meditation & I am open to questions regarding any spiritual significance to your wondering mind.
This is shown as yoga but there will not be any formal poses. Only stretching in ways that best suit your needs to gain comfort for yourself.
I will help you get into an open state of mind by focusing on bringing awareness to your breathe and by finding relaxation in your joints and overall body.
The Full Moon peaks at 2:09pm so this is timed for best releasing of old patterns.
There is no need for any prerequisite training. This suits any body type or athletic ability. I can start you off gently and/or show advanced techniques if desired.

Also, bring yoga mat, towel, blanket, or something to sit on if needed. Otherwise, the grass should be nice for sitting on the ground.
It will be fairly hot so bring water as needed & and wear loose or stretchy clothing so you can easily stretch your body.
I expect to find a shady spot near the location to sit and do most postures from a sitting (on ground) position.
