Weekly Walk and Talk
Details
The Concept
Tired of the "What do you do for work?" routine? We’re reclaiming Saturday afternoons for something deeper. Third Space is a community for those who crave high-signal conversation and meaningful connection.
We meet at Easton Beach in Newport to walk the path, breathe the salt air, and dive into the "big questions" of philosophy, science, tech, and the arts.
The Plan
-
1:00 PM: Meet at the entrance of the wooden boardwalk. We’ll do a quick round of introductions and announce the "Inquiry of the Day."
❓⚡ -
1:15 PM: We begin our loop. We’ll follow the trail along the pond to the Cliffwalk
🏖️🌊 -
The Pace: This is a "stroll with purpose." We move at a casual 2.5–3 mph pace—fast enough to get some fresh air, slow enough to let a complex thought breathe.
🚶🚶♀️ -
The Rule: We have a "No Small Talk" policy for the first 45 minutes. We jump straight into the weekly topic to keep the energy high and the ideas flowing.
🤔💡 -
Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome and encouraged!

This Week’s Inquiry
If someone possesses a rare talent or deep knowledge, do they have a moral obligation to use it for the benefit of others, or is their life their own to do with as they please?
