About us

Welcome to your new virtual 3rd space for Mobile and the surrounding Gulf Coast cities. In this group we do anything from walks in the parks, group movie nights, to restaurant, dance nights, and so much more.
Have ideas for future events or a movie you want to see with the group? Message Aidan on Meetup with your suggestions; all ideas welcome.

Rules & FAQ (Please read):

NO-SHOW/NO CALL POLICY: 2 No-Shows/No-Calls may result in being kicked out of the group. We understand life gets in the way, we ask just to update your RSVP ASAP, even last minute. If you missed an event, please contact the host at your earliest convenience so your absence is not counted as a no-show. We are not able to chase down every absent member after an event.
Respect: Act like an adult get treated like an adult. Respect others and bring NO DRAMA. We are trying to have fun with good people let's not forget that.
Profile Pic: Members attending must have a clear face photo & first name for their profile. This helps hosts and other members identify each other at events and prevent fake accounts.
Not a Dating Group: We're here to build friendships and enjoy activities together. Romantic interest may happen naturally, but this is not a dating group and no one should be coming in on the prowl. All interactions should be mutual, respectful, and welcome.
Host Discretion: To help keep the group safe, respectful, and running smoothly, the organizer and event hosts reserve the final say regarding attendance, participation, and enforcement of group rules.

A: Absolutely. Many of us started out the same way. If you'd like, send me a message before the event. I can answer questions, introduce you to people, or meet you a few minutes early so your first Meetup feels a little less intimidating. Our goal is to make everyone feel welcome, whether you're extroverted or introverted.
Q: I found an event that looks fun. Can I suggest it?
A: Absolutely! Members are encouraged to suggest events. Whether it's a movie, festival, restaurant, or something completely different, I'm always happy to hear ideas.
