Garb, Grub & Armored Combat with the SCA

Ever wondered what it's like to step into a Renaissance Faire, join a feast, and try medieval combat? Beginners and spectators are welcome.

Join us for a relaxed evening of food, conversation, and medieval-inspired fun at an SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) Garb & Grub. Think of it as a casual social gathering with optional costumes, communal dining, and a chance to meet people who enjoy history, crafts, combat, and all things medieval.

Come dressed in garb if you have it, and bring a dish to share. No costume is required—regular clothing is perfectly welcome.
We'll also have armored combat activities, with loaner gear available for anyone interested in trying it out or learning more.

What is the SCA?
The Society for Creative Anachronism is an international organization dedicated to exploring and recreating aspects of life before the 17th century through combat, arts, crafts, feasting, and social events.
