About us
Hello good people! 🤗
How many countries do you call home? If your answer is zero or more than one ..
✨️ Welcome to the third space! ✨️
As Riyadh communities are growing and expanding across all fields, interests, and professions.
Many wonderful spaces are organized around one shared identity of nationality, Expat circles, or people who have always called Riyadh home.
As valuable as these spaces are, some of us are too “foreign” to belong to our origin countries’ spaces, yet do not completely fit in spaces of Riyadh’s locals, or Expats either.
The third space is a community for people whose identities have been shaped by different places, cultures, and experiences that have blurred our concept of home and belonging.
Whether you're part of the diaspora, a Third Culture Kid (TCK), a second-generation immigrant, or someone who has settled outside their country of origins for a long time, you've likely grown up carrying pieces of different cultures, languages, and experiences that have shaped who you are. If that resonates with you, this space is for you.
As a psychology graduate, I aim to explore themes of identity, adaptation and navigation of multiple cultures, and create a space that embraces all our experiences through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and loads of activities that connect us to one another.
So expect plenty of opportunities to explore, connect, and have fun together!
